This single origin Panama PA Finca La Santa coffee is a boutique variety from the Jurutungo. A beautiful cup that has a caramel chocolate and tropical fruit aroma with an elegant green apple acidity, medium body and melon sweetness to finish.

Panama Finca La Santa, Nestled amidst the lush rainforests of Panama, Finca La Santa produces coffee beans that are a testament to the region’s exceptional terroir. Grown at an altitude above 1,400m, these beans inherit the misty mountain air and rich volcanic soil, resulting in a cup that is both vibrant and complex.

Upon brewing, Finca La Santa beans release an enticing aroma, hinting at the flavours to come. The first sip unveils a cascade of tropical fruit notes, ranging from berries, melon sweetness and green apple. These flavours are complemented by a subtle floral undertone, reminiscent of jasmine and honeysuckle. It is well-balanced by a smooth, velvety body, creating a harmonious and lingering finish. Roaster’s Choice: 4-7 days
Dark: 2-5 days
