Do You Ship Internationally?
No. Currently we only deliver our products within Singapore.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We partnered with local last mile logistic providers in Singapore to ensure prompt delivery in shortest time (e.g. Ninja Van, J&T Express, etc.)
Safe Packing?
All coffee beans are safely packed using de-gas valve equipped coffee bags ensuring tip top freshness and optimal storage duration.
For orders that opted for tin canister packing, it is the most ideal storage solution to keep whole coffee beans lasting fresh.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once we received your order(s), we will fresh roast all coffee beans orders, packed and dispatch out for pickup by local logistic provider within 48 hours.
Usually a logistic provider will attempt delivery between 2 to 4 days after parcel pickup.
For coffee accessories, order(s) will be dispatch out within 1 day.
(Except for pre-order item, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp for further follow up.)

Return a Product?
Coffee beans are consumables and had undergo a roasting process, as such they are non-refundable/ non-returnable.
For coffee kits/ accessories, we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Product must be in original packaging unused, sealed and unopened.
We reserves the right to accept, reject return/ refund request to our own discretion and decision is final after evaluation.
