Shipping:

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Currently we only deliver our products within Singapore.
We intend to provide quality coffee and accessories to our local community and up keep consistency in our services.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We direct partnered with a reliable logistic provider (J&T Express) in Singapore to ensure prompt domestic last mile delivery in the shortest time.

Safe and Durable Packing?

All coffee beans are safely packed using de-gas valve equipped coffee bags ensuring tip top freshness and optimal storage duration.
All coffee orders placed from our website are fresh roast to order daily. From roasting completion to cooling the beans, thereafter will be packed and sealed into the coffee bags immediately.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once we received your order(s), we will fresh roast all coffee beans orders, packed and dispatch out for pickup by local logistic provider within 24 to 48 hours.
Usually a logistic provider will attempt delivery between 2 to 3 days after parcel pickup.
For coffee accessories, order(s) will be dispatch out within 1 day.
(Except for pre-order item, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp for further follow up.)

Which mode of payment?

We accept various payment methods on web orders placed at our secured website: https://soji.coffee (e.g. Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, etc.)

You can select your preferred payment method during cart checkout.

Orders & Returns:

How do I place an Order?

Simply click on the “Add To Cart”, “Pay With Link” button in Product page, proceed to “View Cart” or “Checkout” and complete your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, to buy our coffee products, you will need to sign up an account. Your account will be created when you placed your first order. You will receive an email with your new account details

Can I Amend My Order?

Log in to your account and amend the order details. If your order status is already in “Preparing Order” or “Handover to Drop Off Pt”, please message us immediately via WhatsApp or Chat Support with your concern.

Return a Product?

Coffee beans are consumables and had undergo a roasting process, as such they are non-refundable/ non-returnable.

For item arrived damaged upon delivery:
If your ordered coffee beans/powder bag arrived damaged on the day of delivery and is damaged due to delivery negligence, do contact us immediately within 48 hours. Take clear photos of the damaged item, parcel box from multiple angles, and keep all original packaging in case our courier needs to verify it.
Message us via WhatsApp and note to us “Item arrived damaged”. Most cases a replacement of same kind or value (subject to stocks availability) will be shipped to you immediately after confirmation (verified damaged).
