Incidents of structural physical roasting errors such as surface scorching, severe charring, or internal mechanical baking damage that distorts the planned profile.
Standard Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to subjective personal taste profile preferences
(e.g., finding a single origin profile too harsh, bright or fruity) or natural staling caused by extended air exposure post-delivery.
